Refund Policy

1.Try Before You Buy

To help you assess our quality and style before purchasing, we provide a set of sample tracks generated with the same AI model used in the Web App. We encourage you to review these samples to confirm the tool fits your needs before buying credits.

2.General Refund Terms

• Final sale: All credit purchases made via Stripe are final. Purchased credits are non-refundable and expire thirty (30) days from the transaction date.
• Used credits: Once a credit is used to initiate an action — music generation, editing, or stem splitting — it is consumed and non-refundable, whether or not you download or save the result.
• Non-transferable: Credits are a digital-only utility with no cash value; they cannot be exchanged for currency or transferred between accounts.

3.Account Deletion

Deleting your account immediately and irreversibly forfeits all remaining credits and stored library content, without refund. This cannot be reversed.

4.Technical Issues & Failed Generations

If a system error causes a credit to be consumed for a failed generation, contact us at info@melogenstudio.com within seven (7) days of the incident. After verifying our system logs, we will replace the lost credits on your account. We offer replacement credits for technical errors, not cash refunds.

5.Dissatisfaction with AI Output

AI generation is a creative process. We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the artistic style, vibe, or musicality of generated content. Please review our sample tracks to gauge the AI's style before purchasing.

6.Statutory Rights (EU/UK Users)

By purchasing credits and initiating a service request (such as generation or stem splitting), you request immediate performance of digital content and cloud services, and you expressly acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once performance begins. Unused credits remain subject to the standard thirty (30) day expiration from the date of purchase.
