At Melogen Studio, we strive to provide a high-utility AI music generation experience. Because our service provides immediate access to digital content and utilises significant computational resources per generation, we adhere to the following refund policy.
1.The "Try Before You Buy" Guarantee
To ensure Melogen Studio meets your expectations before you spend money, we provide one (1) free credit to every new user upon signup. This allows you to test the quality, style, and interface of our AI generation tool at no cost. We strongly encourage all users to utilise this free credit before purchasing additional credit packs.
2.General Refund Terms
- Final Sale: All credit purchases made via Stripe are considered final.
- Non-Refundable Used Credits: Once a credit has been used to initiate a music generation, it is non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to download the final file.
- Non-Transferability: Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for physical currency, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
3.Account Deletion & Credit Forfeiture
If you choose to delete your account via the Settings menu, all remaining unused credits associated with that account are immediately and permanently forfeited. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused credits upon account deletion.
4.Technical Issues & Failed Generations
We understand that technology isn't perfect. In the rare event that a system error occurs where:
- A credit is deducted from your balance, but
- The AI fails to produce a result due to a server-side error
Please contact us at info@melogenstudio.com within seven (7) days of the incident. After verifying our system logs, we will manually credit your account with the lost generation credits. We do not offer cash refunds for technical errors; we offer replacement credits.
5.Dissatisfaction with AI Output
AI generation is a creative process. We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the "artistic style," "vibe," or "musicality" of the generated content. Use your free credit to determine if the AI's style fits your needs before purchasing more.
6.Statutory Rights (EU/UK Users)
For users located in the European Union or United Kingdom: By purchasing credits and initiating a generation request, you are requesting the immediate performance of digital services. You expressly acknowledge and agree that once the digital content generation begins, you lose your statutory right to withdraw from the purchase under applicable consumer protection laws.
